Property share

Hello, My grandmother (expired in 2011) has a home . She prepared a will in 2005 and distributed her property among my father , chacha( my father small brother) and tauji (my father big brother). My grandfather died in 2003. Now my father died in 2014. Both my tauji and chacha are alive. So do i (or my mother and 2 sisters(both married)) have any share in my grandmother property?

My chacha and Tauji are planning to sell the property. As my father is no more, so does they can sell the property without our signatures? My father leaves no will.

they can only sell their shares and not your fathers share in the property.that too they can do after defining their property through partition.if they try to sell the property then obtain an injunction on them to prevent them from selling the property to someone

You are the legal hire of your father, hence you are the rightful owner of the share intexted in the will. Consult a local Lawyer
