138 ni act

Dear Members,

In 138 NI Act, when the accused either himself or through his Lawyer, has not attended any of the hearings (about 12 heairngs except 1st hearing) inspite of 4 Bailable Warrants, is there any provision/procedure to issue a Non Bailable Warrant by the Magistrate against the accused to produce him for the next hearing date or any other procedure available in this Act?
