Dear Friend,

CAV; Curia Advisari Vult is a Latin Maxim used in English Law to indicate that a Court has decided to consider a case privately before giving its judgement, as when time is needed to consider arguments or submissions or both made to it. It is a medival Letin Phrase means “The court wishes to consider”.

You can Call, Visit our Office or send PM for any further inquiry.

In Other simple words It means the Court has reserved its judgement to be announced after consideration.

1) The query is clarified as above.

2) When the judgement is expected cant be told by anyone as it depends on various factors and the Hon'ble courts convenience.  Just wait for pronouncement.
