HI all

Government issued an letter for assured carrier Progression scheme after completion of 4 years , 9 years, 14 years of service dated 9.8.2012

Department granted the benefit for 9 year and 14 year on 25.11.2013

Principal Seceretary finance clarified in his letter technicians are not entitled for the grant dated 29 may 2014

now department is asking show cause why benefit granted inadverantyl may not be withdwran

reply with in two weeks or the amount will be deducted from the salary.

Was the letter dated dated 9.8.2012 addressed to you? Or how was it supplied to you? All affected persons may join hands and approach an able counsel specializing in such/labor/service matters and tender fitting reply and obtain injunction if required/possible.

letter was addressed to department after this government again issued a new clarification latter to department now department issued show cause notice to technicians.
