Could any lawyer let me know as to the charges that is required to be paid as court fee with regard to filing of case of divorce with maintenance demand???

In which state it is to be filed? In Maharashtra women are exempted from paying court fee in case of divorce petition. If a man files a divorce petition court fee stamp of Rs 100/- is required as per the Bombay court fees act, 1959.
