Second marriage or third marriage or fourth marriage.  Once you are divorced you are as good as a gigolo or a slut, thats all.  For some people after getting divorced 1st time conscience takes the drivers seat, but for some it takes a seat in the boot space.  Finally alleging that ones partner is adulterous in second innings is a bad move.  You just continue ignoring such things and simply stay married, remember thats what you married for the second time around.  So simply carry on staying married.  If so, why did you not do in the first place?  Then complained, now also complain???

 

Best is simply move out of the relationship, going for divorce second time around does not make any sense, nor does marrying second time around make any sense.  Marrying second time itself is meaningless, its just formality, so does other things which come along with it.

Apart from what Adv Saravanan has adviced U,(I am not going into the details of the other two irrelevant replies),to prove the adultery of a woman is very difficult unless she is caught redhanded in the act.U have to gather sufficient legally valid strong evidences about her adultery and prove them in the court of law.If what U are saying is true,the behaviour of her household is highly condemnable .Hence don't act in a hasty manner and invite more legal troubles.What kind of a marriage was it? Was it registered?

If the above reply is not satisfactory, then you may as well follow advice of above who have suggested to collect information, hire detective etc etc.  Even before doing all this, better think for yourself, you are a better judge of your own life than some nut sitting in court who will decide on your life.  All the best.

To prove adultry in the court is a very tough task you have to exhibit her intimacy proof with her boyfriend as an evidences before the court, had you done police complaint and your medical in govt .hospital when you was beaten by her brother and father? You can file contested divorce on the ground of mental cruelty done by your wife.

Dear above members,I am 100% right in my reply.If U desire to give suggestiions legally study law,don't browse google and come back with the available reply.Logically Ur reply may sound good but not legally.The querist is here for a legal solutiion to his problem,UR replies are as if U are sure the the wife has committed adultery.Whatever the querist mentiions is his version and the version of the wife will certainly be different.

Modern means looking and talking like Angrez for us. So much so , ready to lick the feet of any white skinned man. Our social problems are arising due to false glamor .lifestyle chasing american dreams, nnuclear family system, no conrol of village elders, fading indian rituals in Indian homes . Why women should not take part in this fake liberalisaiton attitude?

Coming back to problem of this gentleman. Was he dumb and blind in striking alliance with this lady without checking on her credentials? Even for job, employer takes two indepednent references? One should court for a few months and move together. One can use detective in marriage proposals.

Now he should not only move out fast from home if it is rented ( But if it is his, he is stuck). He should move court for judicial separation immediately and also file FIR against her relations who beat him

What he means delivered? means delivered his new born child?. Then things are more complicated.

If he is damn sure and he has caught her with damaging evidence of prostituion ( oris it adultery?) he should move fast as suggested above

He should also file FIR with polcie against her for indulging in immoral trafficking by women. ( Dont under estimate polcie. They can silently and quickly sprewad their net around her let them do their job.) 

He should keep quiet  and low profile to fool them while he implements his plan.

It is difficult for us to  guide in real time and therefore he has to take his own decisions on situation and spot.

Dear Reddi, I have both -a daughter and a son. I love both of them equally to core of my heart. I respect my wiofe and she is free to pursue her professional interest, work as a career woman and join people she likes for her socialising. But I ensure they are  good quality freinds and reliable.Thatis my job. I operate and support her and also watch her wefare from background.

I never asked what is her bank balance is and dont even know her bank accoutn numbers. 

But she is a home loving woamn too and quite efficient.

If such setting is existing i guess not much chances exist for altercation and conflicts and separation. Beacsue weare united and separate also. She having her own space and I my own.

Can most of males create such understanding and enbvironemnt. How many homes break in India?

It does not matter how many clothes women wear. In ancient times as per your own remarks women were hardly dressed. Have you visited Nagaland, manipur and many tribal areas in Port blair, vidharbha. Men and women are half naked. Only have lion cloth. Women dont cover breasts. Do they get raped?
