How to follow case details online ?

Dear Members,

I have been trying to follow up my case, currently going on in the court, via the district court / judiciary website.

But I ma not able to find the details even after providing the Court Case number.

Can anyone confirm if it takes time before details are uploaded?

Aren't all cases available online, or only few chosen ones?

try searching details using "PARTY Name" option, usually details are uploaded instantly nowadays. You may not be using the options properly on the website

Try this site https://www.courtnic.nic.in/

Case Status site provides the latest status of a case either pending or disposed by the Supreme Court or any other High Court in the country.

Cases can be retrieved through:
i. Case No.
ii. Title (Petitioner/respondent Name)
iii. Advocate name
iv. Lower court details

If your's in District court then you can try this site https://ecourts.gov.in/services/  by selecting the options in the drop down and entering case number and year.

Regards,

Swastik.

any type like petitioner, respondent, year, case type you can try and you will get some cases on that name  from which you have to search your case if the accurate case number is not given

RAJ KUMAR (SERVICE)     07 March 2015

TRY THE SITE: https://ecourts.gov.in/services/ AND SEARCH BY GOING TO : STATE, DISTRICT, COURT NAME-IF IT IS CRIMINAL CASE THEN CJM AND IF IT IS CIVIL THEN CLICK TO CIVIL MAGISTERATE-SENIOR OR JUNIOR DIVISION AND THEN CLICK TO PARTY NAME- THEN YOU CAN SEARCH THE CASE NUMBER OR CASE CODE AND GET THE DETAILS OF THE CASE. THIS IS PROCEDURE FOR ALL COURTS ALL OVER INDIA.

Follow the guidelines provided by the above members. However, if your case is pending in some mofussil court, there is no guarantee that you can get the details on internet. As on today there are still some courts courts which are yet to be connected to the online system.
