Koda knows very well that any kind of litigation takes decades to reach its logical conclusion, as in the case of Lalu Prasad in the fodder scam, and by the time the I-T or ED is able to prove anything, he will possibly become one of the kingmakers of Jharkhand politics

Unfortunately this is how the system in India works. The funny thing I read in papers is that Mr.Khoda has claimed that he would quit active politics if he is proved guilty. If he is proved guilty the logical end is to land in prison. He need not quit active politics, but law would make him so.
