Request the court for passing an order for service of notice to the opposite party dasti (by hand). Accompany the process server along with notice and get it issued by hand to the opposite party for appearing in the court on the next date of hearing.

The notice can either be served through court ameen(Dasti), in the alternative take steps for substituted service of notice, get it exparte and proceed with execution as per the provisions of law.
