Question is Can accused submit documentary evidence during or after 313 statement. In this case, accused crossed complainanat and did't mark any documents taking view that stolen cheque lines and does not ask questions other than stolen points. thanking you.

Since the defence evidence is yet to be taken place, the accused can file the documentary evidence before/during defence evidence.

Yes,accused can submit the documents at the stage of defence evidence.

thankyou sir. after accused 313 statement, could complainant also add additional documentary evidence to the case after Defence Evidence examination. the docs are related to the transaction which was not submitted before complainant cross and proves complainant case. any suggestion. Thanks.
