dear freinds,
i am defendant in one civil matter i have filed one application u/o 7 rule 11 (d) of CPC to reject the plaint on the point of Jurisdiction and cause of action as the cause of action and jurisdiction has arisen in some other city and the plaintiff has filed suit in her city of residence..tell me some citation with regard to u/o 7 rule 11 (d) of CPC ..
