Replacing court documents by respondents, penal provisions?

The respondents in a civil case replaced their written statements in the court and trying to get benefit out of it. How to stop them and escalate this issue?

Thanks,

Learning

It is an imaginary story, otherwise, the record clerk (ahelmad) of the court shall have to face disciplinary action,if proved.

As said by Vashista sir diciplinary action will be taken against Superintendant of section, Bench clerk and other officials. A criminal case shall also be filed against the persons who had done this offence.

How did you come to know that the defendant replaced their original written statement with the new one, hope you will be having the copy of the original with you, compare the same with the replaced one, if your theory is found to be true, raise a complaint against this with the registrar of the court.
