I would like to take a mutual consent divorce in Gangapur city, Rajasthan. hence, need help on the following:
1. Which court do i need to visit ?
2. Which location ?
3. Whether 1 lawyer is to be engaged or both parties need 2 lawerys for mutual consent ?
4. Are courts in Rajsthan closed due to some strike ? this is being clamed by my wife?
5. She is asking for an alimony of Rs. 10Lkahs but my eligibility for loan is just 3 Lakhs. If i sell my house then i should arrange for this as well. But she is asking not to put it on record about this settlement? What should I do in such a scenario?
