1. Wife filed 498A in April and RCR in June. I had already filed for divorce in the month of march.498A was a counter blast.
2. Got notice from court somewhere in Jul end, to attend the date for RCR in first week of Aug.
3. Could not attend as i am a govt servant, and my job is sensitive. cannot get leave easily.
4. Court gave another date for the same thing in the 3rd week of Aug.
5. Basically my wife is harrassing me by doing this as the case is going on in bengaluru and i am now transffered to northern part of the country.
6. Is there any way i can avoid the next date?
Can my lawyer represent me on my behalf?
I hope the court does not give it an Ex-party decision?
