1.The main Petition was dismissed hence Prayer of Petitioner was not listened.
2. If ‘Observation’ of Hon’ble SC in this Petition can be enforced by the Govt. then we can continue talk on personal law (religious) merits subject to Bar of Art. 25 COI, until then to trained legal minds para 1 stands as wisdom of Hon’ble Apex Court.
