What is consent rcr petition decree

1.    In reference to query the ‘consent RCR decree’ means; the defendant spouse agrees to take specific actions without admitting guilt or fault thus a Decree in RCR is prepared by concerned Court based on ‘consent’ and thus the suit matter ends then and there being 'voluntary' agreement.

2.    One can get ‘consent RCR decree’ if s/he is defendant in a RCR suit matter and gives h/er ‘consent’ voluntarily.

3.    A consent decree can also be final and is sometimes called a ‘consent judgment’. It usually is not possible to Appeal such decree unless one side of the lawsuit can prove that it has been forced into consent through fraud. Usually, the only other instance in which the decree can be Appealed is when both parties agree that they misunderstood the terms of the agreement which is generic meaning of 'consent decree'.

The ld. Judge shall now record your statement and your advocate will identify you. Ld. Judge will next to your statement record your wife’s statement and then orally announce in open Court his Order on your wife’s RCR lawsuit. Later in the evening before Court closing hours he will draw up the Decree Sheet and file of RCR lawsuit of yoru wife's will be consigned to record room as indexed. (The decree sheet copies will be with clerk of the Court for you or her side to apply if needed as some bedroom trophy)! Hence, after some days you give instructions to your advocate to get free Copy of the “Decree Sheet aka consent RCR decree  so as to frame it above your bed inside four walls of matrimonial home, that is what consent RCR decree is all about to know.]

Can court will grant consent RCR decree to petitioner if it prov that the respondent left marital home without reasonable cause ?
