Anticipatory bail

Sir,

i have filed a case against an individual for forgery. He managed to get an anticipatory bail before summons is issued and run out of jurisdiction which is not allowed as per terms of anti-bail. Later he accepted summons. Whether i can make an issue of his braking anti-bail conditions now? i have written proof.

Please advise.
