498/406/34 victim with---jail experience ---now out of jail .
Ld lawers my wife has filed false bills of dowry in terms of estimates of a jweller .isnt it cheating ?kindly guide whom to complaint as I/0 has accepted these estimates as bills.i am on interim bail .
