hello experts kindly help me how to cancel 13b divorce.. 1st motion passed but now i dont want to give divorce and i want to withdraw my consent and i dont want my wife to know it because i want to file rcr before she can file cases on me-(if she will opt) i have moved on a application and i just want to know will court inform my wife via notice or i can alone give my consent and withdraw it?

Donot appear for the second motion for 18 months from the date of passing first motion.
No need to apply for cancellation, it stands automatically cancelled.
Talk with your wife, resolve the matter amicably and get settled in your married lif and restart enjoying.

there is no cancilation of 13b, because you have no divorce. you have to contract your wife and resolve the problem and lead happy conjugal life with your wife.

During the second motion, you can file a petition or a memo that you are no more interested in continuing the divorce case and want to withdraw the same, the same will be dismissed.
