Same allegations different cases and different ipc section

Hi Experts

You might have gone through my previous queries, i will put it briefly below for your understanding.

1) marriage happened in 2008 and seperated in 2009

2) 498A filed in 2010 with all the allegations.

3) and now after 3 years after 498A she had filed 420,406,506, repeating all the allegiations in the new FIR.

4) all the police compled to file a new case with different sections on the same allegaitons twice ? If yes how to counter it ? if No how to counter it ?

Dear Victim,

Either of the case is mantainable. This is case of double jeopardy. you can file quashing against the subsequent FIR with same allegations.
