Any provisions for applying for bail in party in person

All Is there any provision for applying for bail through Party In person, my wife had filed 498A, dvc,crpc 125 HMA24, RCR and so on 3 to 4 years back.

now recently she had filed IPC 420,406,506,323 r/w 34 , we need to apply for Bail, is there any provision fro applying for bail through party in person. pls do respond with your valuble suggestions

There is no provisions which preclude you from filing AB as Party in Person.

You can file the same as Party in Person.

Dear Querist

it is your fundamental right to fight your own case, in this regard a provision u/s 303 is mention in Cr.P.C. too .

nobody can restrain you to appear before court, file bail (AB or Regular).

read the section 303. Right of person against whom proceedings are instituted to be defended. Any person accused of an offence before a Criminal Court, or against whom proceedings are instituted under this Code, may of right be defended by a pleader of his choice.
