man is born innocent and non-violent. the force that comes into play for the propagation of human species is not destructive in nature . man learns his first lesson of violence from the school of nature in the form of natural and unnatural death and affliction and natural calamities. should this view be taken into consideration while punishing a criminal?

punishing criminal as per sections under IPC.,CRPC.That is why desciplinary human development life is required.

YES THIS PRINCIPLE IS FOLLOWED BY THE COURT AND THERE FOR THE FIRST OFFENDERS OR MINORS ARE NOT SEND BEHIND PRISON BAR DIRECTLY BUT TO SEND THEM FOR PROBATION.
