Dear spartan,

This is a question reg. medical expo of a women it's better if you could google down and collect various informations.
You can search judgements on this through Indiankanoon.com which will be easier for your knowledge and framing your petition.

A medical report stating that there are no more eggs available for fertilization. A medical report stating that the said woman is suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome, which is the main cause for woman not being able to concieve. A medical report stating that there is some malignancy in the fallopian tube through which the sperm passes/or if there is no fallopian tube at all. On these reasons you can claim divorce stating that you are not able to have your own child for the sake of growth of family in toto. But here too there is a catch, many a couple take help of IVF or surrogacy for getting child, but these methods are very costly, here you have prove that you are not able to afford those. Last catch is you can go for adoption, which of course cannot be forced, but will be suggested.

@Author Please understand that impotency is a term of wider import than those cases only pertaining to reproduction. Those cases which causes hindrance to indulge into physical intimacy may also be inferred as impotency in legal terms. There are numerous judgments which dealt with the subject matter and Supreme Court has tried to cover all the cases which leads to "no reproduction possible". All situations which does not allow to reproduce due to infirmity in women may that be at the stage of intercourse or at the stage of fertilization, it would be regarded as impotency. //peace /Saurabh..V

Spartan,

Impotency is ordinarily said to mean an incapacity physically and mentally to have normal s*xual intercourse.  The courts are of the view that partial intercourse would not amount to consummation of marriage and if the wife is incapable to participate in the performance of the s*xual intercourse to the fullest extent, it will be established in law that she will be deemed to be impotent.  It means inability to have normal s*xual intercourse, it may be due to malformation of the genital organ.  A defect in the female organ which makes normal s*xual intercourse not possible shall come within the definition of impotency.  The essential ingredient of impotency is the incapacity for accomplishing  the act of s*xual intercourse and in the context it means not partial or  imperfect, but a normal and complete coitus.  This incapacity may arise either from a structural defect in organs of generation which is incurable and renders complete s*xual intercourse impracticable or from some incurable mental or moral disability vis-a-vis the other spouse resulting in inability to consummate marriage.  To get a decree of nullity two conditions are to be satisfied; 1) marriage has not been consummated, 2) Non-consummation is due to the impotence of the respondent.  Advocate Kalaiselvan, Vellore, Ph: +919443441062

No interest to S*x is the first sign of impotency. Biological changes during s*x like Hard Nip*le, Juicy Pu*sy etc are 1st signs. Otherwise anything else could also be impotency. Harmonal tests are very much prescribed

Most of these conditions are MEDICALLY TREATABLE. A cotested divorce on grounds of these medical conditions & wife's impotency is almost impossible!

Brother,

My wife is female impotent and had referred the same test which i posted there and she skipped the medical test.

There is no cure for that but only control will be possible.

If the girl is not matured is there any treatment for this?

I have filed divorce petition under section 12A

TSH is only controllable apart from LH,FSH tests no cure for this..there is a cure for girls but she should be matured...

This is just to inform you not to hurt you..don't think otherwise..

there are lot of cases coming out in this name impotency...
