1. A working spouse is neither entitled for interim maintenance nor for permanent alimony if pay scale and benefits are said to be same as that of defendant spouse. .
2. An allowance made to one spouse by the other for support pending divorce is referred to as interim maintenance (pendentelite) or after legal divorce it is referred to as permanent alimony.
