Doubt regarding property

Hi,

Me and wife are going to file mutual consent and we have a one year child. I am giving her a huge sum of amount to her.  Currently I didn't have any property in my name. There is a property(house) in my grandfather's name who is alive.
1) Do my wife or child claim share on that property before or after mutual consent ? How I can avoid that.

2) In future, If i buy any property and Do my divorced wife and child have any rights to claim that ?. How I can avoid that.

Please help me.

your would be divorced wife will not have any right in the property, but your child will have right in your ancestral or acquired property, as per succession Act, if you will not execute a will excluding him out of it.
