RESPECTED ALL THIS IS AMOLAK MISHRA FROM INDORE MP HAVING THE TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORKS PVT LTD THREE MONTHS OLD BROADBAND CONNECTION HAVING ISSUES RELATED TO CONNECTIVITY IN IT HAD DONE SO MANY TIME COMPLAINTS TO THEIR HELPLINE NUMBERS ALSO SENT THEM MAILS ETC TO GET PROPER SERVICES BUT THEY FAILED EVERY TIME THEY PEOPLE JUST GIVEN ME THE TEMPORARRY SOLUTION EVERY TIME AND ON EVERY FOLLOW UP SO BEING HELPLESS I FILED THE CASE AGAINST THE SAID BROADBAND COMAPNY IN HON'RBLE DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM INDORE TO GET THE AMOUNT TILL NOW I PAID TO THE SAID COMAPNY AS WELL AS TO GET COMPUNSATION TO GET OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER'S CONNECTION WITH THE MENTAL ANGOY BUT THE  HON'RBLE DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM INDORE REJECTED MY CASE ON FIRST HEARING THAT IS ON 05-08-2013 ON THE BASIS OF THE CASE IS RELATED TO TELEGRAPH ACT AND I SHOULD HAVE TO FILE IN SOME TELEGRAPH TRIBUNAL BUT I DON'T KNOW THE ANY SUCH KINDA TRIBUNAL. THEY GIVEN ME TWO CHOICES FIRST TO WITHDRAW THE CASE AND SECOND THAT THEY CAN REJECT AND ISSUE THE ORDER AND I MAY GO TO STATE COMMISION FOR APPEAL SO BY THIS POST WANT TO REQUEST YOU PEOPLES KINDLY GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO AS TIKONA PEOPLE ARE DOING WRONG AND IF I BEAR THE WRONG THEN I WILL BE GULITY IN MY VIEWS ITSELF.
