Women filed CRPC 125 for maintenance.
Cross examination is to be taken soon.
In Cross Examination, Certain admission ( first marriage and divorce status) is to be come up. It would be good if those admission are recorded as Affidavit.
What is the procedure to bring above facts as affidavit in Cross Examination?
Is there any specific CRPC section for it?

If first marriage is already divorced, then no need to give affidavit regarding it in any stage of 125.

Women is not divorced. She doesnot have decree of disolution through court. This is a case of bigamous marriage.
