Greetings to the Indian Lawyer community,
I once read somewhere, that if you are interested you can cancel your caste certificate. Essentially declaring that you do not belong to any caste. I am interested in knowing about the (legal) options that an Indian has to cancel their certificate (if any). I am new to the forum and I am not sure if this question has already been answered.
Also, what are the potential negative consequences of declaring that you don't belong to any caste
