Dear experts.
If i proved in court tht wife has left her matrimonial home without reasonable cause & she wants to live with me only in separate accomodation i.e. separate from my parents. Then can her interim maintenance application us HMA24 can get rejected?. Pls also let me know other grounds that i can request court to reject her interim maintenance application . I m ready to bring her back. to matrimonial home. currenntly she is not workin but was earning sufficiently till march'13

1. Instead prove her ability to work.

If you can prove that she is working earning or highly qualified or that she left the job with ulterior moive of extracting maintenancd from you....then only s.24 mint can be rejected, else only finally on the ground that she treated u cruelly or deserted you withou sufficient cause. if maint is granted pl ensure that it is cleared reglalry n fight for final disposal of the petn, in the meantime if you could discover that she got job, make an appln for cancellation of maintenance
