Futility of divorce and sane action discussion

It is increasingly apparent that unless one is willing to lose precious years of ones life in fighting an increasingly unjust, corrupt and a broken judicial system which is bent on distingushing what constitutes mental cruelty and proving what is happening in4 walls, when no domestic realtionship exists specifically a judicial system bent on discriminating against one s*x what sane recourse is left to a man?

what are the repurcussions of bigamy?

Please do not take it personally.

One has to wash hands from the dirt that's already there from the existing mud fight with the pig.

Then wash hands, and then start thinking about which pig next you want to choose to fight with.

Bigamy will be like, you are already wrestling with one pig, gotten all dirty, and at the same time you are thinking to take another pig on for wrestling.  Does not make any sense to me.

bigamy is non-cognizible

its bailable

u have to face trial first.

conviction & acquittal are a matter of LONG trial.

also ur relatives may be made co-accused - they too have to go through hell during trial.

report 227 of law commission recommeds to make bigamy Cognizible & non bailable, because mostly women are at the receiving end of this offense.

The system is keen to make criminals of ordinary law-abiding citizens without providing effective systems of redressal.Recently, the Supreme Court delivers a judgement of no-divorce after 21 years of filing case. And after 24 years of separation.Does the Court expect these two people to live together in marital bliss?

The Supreme Court takes suo-moto cognizance of offences when a woman gets beaten by police. But it allows men of all ages to wither away with sad hearts...Where is the justice!!!

Does this even make sense at all to anyone? Indian judicial systema and anti-men laws?

I am really curious what about murder? Is murder congnizable and bailable? If it is, is a man's life worth less than a woman's character? Is man's life worth less than attempt to throw acid?

What a b*st*rd country...

And btw, I am not thinking in these terms at all but have come across members in SIF and places and really felt bad about how an incoherent judicial system is making victims of ordinary law abiding citizens. It is probably chruning out more pleople who like the Delhi incident are being cornered to violence against women and generating hatred towards them than other way round.

Ur anger is justified. Indian law helps creating more & more criminals. If u r a law abiding citizen, u have to wait for 25 yrs to get contested divorce, may be it gets rejected in appeal at SC?

What they r getting prolonging the dead relationship? Crime graph/immoral activities rise by this approach

Its a shame that a convict who gets 7 years for murder goes inside, does his time, comes out.

But at the same time a victim of biased laws like 498a has to do same amount of time outside and does not even know the outcome of the case till it gets over.

At least for a convict he or she knows at such such time he or she will come out.

But these idiotic laws like 498a, DV, and divorce act people wont even know when will they come out of it.

Idiotic laws.

Some change is needed, all were telling one and half decade back.

Even now here when I see some people asking for we need change in our laws, its so ironic, times have not changed at all, at least for the husbands.
