2-Your Hosue & land along with sorroundign Proerties are acquired /beignacquired by Govt under Land Acquistion Act
2- Who is the Officer /LAO acquired the Property
3- preliminary Sruvey conducted or the sage of the land acquisition proceeedigns
4- Notice is nto Served on You -
You can appraoch the LAo and the Requisition Authroity to know the stage of the land aCquistion Proceedings
You have to fiel Your Claim Petitiona nd have to claim your assessed Compensation
You have ot protest the Compensation if Award is passed and request for referecne to Civil Court for enhanced compensation ofr your Land & Buildign
