Co-ownership of the house with existing home loam

Hello All, Need help

I am the main applicant of the home loan taken for 25 years , for the house which my parents built on the land owned by them (father and mother).   My Father is co-applicant. Since I do not have ownership but I am paying the entire loan being the main applicant,  I feel very insecure. I have younger brother who has not invested anything on this house and not ready to help as well.

The loan is still there for more 19 years. I am not able to bear the loan.

Q1. What are the legal implications on me If I stop paying the EMI?

Q2. Can my name be added as a co-owner of the house by requesting to bank?

Please help

Regards

I agree but we are forced to leave the house due to the situation created by them.

Can you please tell me what will be the legal implications on me if I stop paying the EMI to the bank? Can bank harrass me for this?
