Moot Court - Sample arguments of a real case

Dear students and junior colleagues! Kindly see the transcription of  court proceedings of Australian High Court in Minister for Immigration and Citizenship v SZIZO & Ors [2009] HCATrans 71 (23 April 2009)

I think it is very useful especially for students who may be preparing for Moot Court competitions. It is also useful for junior Advocates, as court etiquette and method of argument can be learnt from it.

You may find it at:  https://www.austlii.edu.au/au/other/HCATrans/2009/71.html
