wether depositer of co-op ccredit society can file complaint in consumer court fourm against liquidator ?.

No, the depositor is not a consumer qua the liquidator.

Once a liqidator is appointed, the jurisdiction of Consumer Foras are ousted.

No, when the liquidator is appointed, no court is entitled to entertain the matter. All the powers are rest with High Court. However, it will makes no effect over the matters already pending on the file of Courts. So you can not file any new complaint before the Consumer Forum against the liquidator.

May I know what is the griviance against liquidator ?

Consumer forum only deals with matter pertaining to the rights and interests of consumer
