yes, ketan, we need to do that. @ all means. this cannot be encouraged and men wandering in courts loosing life. First step this congress takes for granted men of this country.

Without using profanities can you open a debate post here if strictest Rape Penalty should be offered or not in proposed Amendment (write pro and cons and view of various sections of stake holder as analysis in challenging post topic) and then I will ask you to open another debate post here on need of gender neutral rape Laws.
