Sequence is like this.....

Property is ancient

1- Owner dies

      left is a son

2- current owner ( son of original owner )

       has wife, son, daughter.

3- Daughter marries in 1984

4-  current owner ( son of original owner deis)

        left is wife, son, daughter

5- will the daughter get 1/3rd or 1/9th of share in 2013 while selling the property?

please guide me!
