Second marriage without divorce

Dear Sir,

i want ask for my close friend

he is a married Man and in love with some one else, The girl knows all this matter very well and she is fully agree with all condition.

They want to live with each other any how but he cant give divorce to his first wife

Please inform me how its legaly possible in hindu religion.

Without decree in divorce it is not possible.
To get divorce decree he has to pay the price his wife asks for or adjust with legal wedded wife forever.

it is not pssible for your friend . it is punishable u/s 494 ipc. better yoy get divorce decreed first from his first wife .

according to hindu law its not possible without divorce.

if its become then it will be offence of bigamy.

Bigamy is illegal...He is simply cooking a recipe for DIsaster...

It is illegal. He will be punished legally if he further marries without obtaining a Decree of Divorce.

If you start staying with other girl without seeking divorce, it is immoral althought not illegal in the eyes of IPC adultery law since the girl is unmarried. But if your wife comes to know about it, she might file divorce petn on the ground of adultery and cdlaim maintenance, house.....
