1. Under S. 173 of CrPC, 1973 for violating S. 120-B, read with Ss. 307, 326, 342, 417, 465, 473 and 506 of the IPC, 1860, and Ss. 18, 19 and 20 of the Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994 (TOH The Act).
