I have rented a property for 60months and registered agreement with deposit of 3,00,000/= under leave and licence agreement. after six months i vacated the property requesting the land lord to come and take charge of his property. Landlord is not coming forth to take charge of the property nor is he refunding the deposit. What is remedy to the tenent available?

As per the agreement is there any clause for lock in period????? kindly confirm. also what is the clause for termination and surrender of the possession????
kindly provide copy of the agreement based on which proper opinion could be given.
