In a writ petition (for quashing of FIR) 19 private respondents (informants/complainants) have been arrayed at a single serial number as respondent number 4. Notices on respondent no 1,2, and 3 are already served as they are state parties, and an order issuing notice to respondent number 4 has been passed.
kindly advise how to take steps for respondent number 4? and whether any of the respondents can raise objection regarding defect in the manner of impleading the respondents ? if so, what will be consequences ?
