My son is studying in L.K.G and class teachers are not concentrating on children behaviours recently my son got some wound on his face and continously it happens three times and now i got complaint that my son is quarelling wiht others.. but in real they got beating from other children and he not able to mention what happened in class so i planned to quit from the school and ask to return back donation amount which i paid on JUne 2012 but school admin is refusing is it possible to file any suit to get back the donation amount? pls guide
