non legal reply,  it is claim for money under different Acts .

(But one similarilty I know, if order is passed in favour of the petitioner then Money is to be paid !!!!!:P)

I won't give paisa to her. As I don't give paisa to beggars also.

Yes, I am ready to give beggar(at present my dear wife) food,cloth and shelter.

If she want hard cash in begging I won't give single paise. How can a beggar be a chooser.

Still did not understand the difference.

I cant understand why she needs cash in the name of maintenance when you are ready to fulfil her all needs.

Anyway wife need money for luxuries too.

In DV she can claim maintenance, household and compensation. The most important thing is that DV runs faster. She may get interim relief in DV faster than other cases like 125 and HMA. The most important thing is claim of shared houselhold. Read about DV Act and its different sections and don't take it lightly. If you have a DV case then employ a good lawyer.
