Dear Experts,
I have suffered mental and physical cruelty with my husband in the 1.8 yrs of marriage hoping to save it. But he has filed a divorce petiiton against me under the reasons of "mental cruelty" about 9 months ago and is not ready for a reunion. I haven't submitted any other case or counter till date. Recently in the physchological counselling, he is supposedly diagnosed to have a mental disorder. I am a working women fighting this case alone. He is from a wealthy background (not working now) but not ready for any settlement even if I want let him go based on MCD. I strongly beleive that his parents has concealed this truth from me before marriage because I recollect that his mother once voluntarily put us to a psychiatric doctor post 6 months of marriage . But i dont have any record of it. I feel cheated that they have ruined my life. Now having understood the reason of his psycho behaviour, what are the cases i can file ? How to proceed in my case? Please give me some direction.
