I received a DV notice 20 months after my wife left me. Is DV maintainable here. Should I ask for quash for being time
barred. During her desertation is she in " domestic relationship with me". Can i ask for quash on this ground also
If not successful should i appeal in higher courts.

1.Since I have to file first reply, when i should take up the maintainability of the case citing Grewal judgement. What is PIP?
Is it "personal injury protection"? What is its significance?
2. Is it possible to get judgements of the MM under whom the case is listed so that one gets the feel of it?
