Divorce decree

1. The mediator allots a date to appear before concerned Court and signed mediation terms of understanding between parties goes to concerned Court for enquiry and Decree thereto.
2. Your role finishes at mediation stage “to agree / discuss / turn those agreed discussions into writing and then jointly signing the mediation terms”.

1.1 Decree Sheet is normaly prepared once final Judgment given in divorce cases. However one needs to apply for the same. But, check with Reader of the Court it might already be prepared.
