Hi,
We have a "Will" that clearly mentions how a property has to be partitioned in 3 Benefitiary Parites.
But out of 3 Parties, if One does not show up during the execution of "Will", and rest 2 parties are available, then could there be any legal implications later after the execution of the "Will"?
So, is it a must that all the 3 Benefitiary Parites has to be present during the execution of "Will", what happens if 1 of the parties is absconding or not present during that time?

A beneficiary of the will need not be present during the execution of the will. Only the testator and the attesting witness are needed.

Read.... attesting witnesses and not witness as it will conote single witness which is not the case. At least 2 witnesses are needed
