Can a husband claim alimony from his wife if she is betterly financially established?

Yes Section 24/25 HMA allows either spouse to claim maintenance (during pendency of litigation as well as permanently). Though a higher burden is put on husband if he seeks maintenance. Courts are reluctant to award maintenance unless the husband is incapacitated from earning.

such step should be taken only in genuine situations & not with an intention to harass the opponant.
