Can a husband ask for his wife share form her parents property?
In our great country if husband dies then his wife can take her maintenance from his(husband) parents and share of husband property also(If I am correct).
In case if wife dies can a husband take the share of her property from her parents (wife parents) as per HUF law daughter can take share from parents property.

You have raised a valid valid point of law. As per the law of succession when a wife inherits her share from her father's property, she inherits it as her acquired property. However, if that inheritance has not happedn and she deied even before inheriting, this means she also died intestate. So in my considered view, the husband has the right to first take the share from his wife's father and then distribute it amongst the heirs.
Learned experienced memebers can throw some more light on this topic. It is interesting query!
