Dear Experts
Can a woman whose husband desire to do second marriage without getting Divorce from his first wife get interim remedy or stay from the court for stop to do this. OR can court passed order for stop to do this second marriage by husband.
Can court send notice to said woman those desire to involve in this second marriage.

1) get maintenance from hubby.
2) get restraining order against his 2nd marriage.
3) take various legal actions against this cruelty by hubby.

The woman with whom the wants second marriage shall also be made party along with husband to the suit. Then notice will go to her also. The first wife will get stay order immediately, on the first date itself, if she convinces the court there is real chance that the husband may go for second marriage.

the lady needs to furnish in court the proofs of her hubby's intention to get remarried without divorce.
