Maintenance is one of the main issues in matrimonial litigation. I am opeining this topic for a discussion.What are the issues while considering maintenance under current laws? What is their rationale? Is there a need for amending or changing the way maintenance is awarded? What changes, if need be, should be brought about? Kindly post your inputs.Thanks!
